ASC Billing Specialists, LLC is a medical billing company that specializes in medical billing for ambulatory surgical centers, particularly in teaching healthcare providers to bill using in- and out-of-network benefits, and how to get paid on claims. Basically, we train, teach and explain the procedures that need to be carried out on every patient in order to get paid by insurance carriers. Times are tough for everyone. Believe me, our company hasn’t escaped the trials of a down economy during our nine-year history. However, we are looking toward the future, which includes continuous growth. We recently moved into a new office, where we will be able to do more teaching and training. To acquire the space, we needed an SBA loan, which is where our relationship with Western National Bank began. We were referred to the bank by our real estate broker. The bank immediately got to work to get the SBA loan approved, and it was finalized within a month. The loan has changed our business; it has afforded us more space to conduct trainings and the means to hire more employees so we can continue to provide great service to our clients. That’s what it’s all about, right? The bank thinks so, too. Our company is grateful for that, and we are looking forward to growing alongside the bank.
